Are there session fees for seniors? What’s the $200 deposit?
No, we do not have any session fees for our high school senior sessions. There is a minimum order for each of our sessions: package a ($295) for One Outfit Sessions, package C ($495) for Studio and Location Only Sessions and package D ($745) for In & Out Sessions. Yearbook Only cost $40 due when you schedule your session. A 50% deposit is due when you schedule your Destination Senior Session with the balance due prior to picking up your order.
Do I have to pay the $200 deposit to schedule my session?
The $200 deposit is to schedule your session and will be credited back toward your order total. (please see our studio policies) We spend a lot of time with each of our seniors to ensure we capture the type of images you’re going to love and want to display. We have only a limited number of sessions available so each session slot is important.
What does it mean when it says, “prepay and save 10%”?
If you are going to purchase packages F, G or H or a Keepsake Book with either 20 or 30 pages, if you put a 50% deposit down when you schedule your session, you can save 10% off your order total. Deposit amount due at scheduling - Keepsake 30 Pages: $845 deposit | 20 Pages: $635 deposit | Package F: $775 deposit| Package G: $995 deposit | Package H: $1275.
What’s this Destination Senior session all about?
This is the ultimate in high school senior experiences! With this all inclusive package, we’ll head to a cool location and create specific looks for each location with our hair and makeup artist on hand all day. We will take care of all your meals and snacks throughout the day and have a blast through it all. After our session, you’ll use your images to create the complete package of display products. You’ll also have all your high resolution digital files to print and share digitally with all your friends and family. The package is $4545 with a 50% deposit due to schedule your session and the balance due prior to picking up your order. If you prepay in full you’ll save 15%. You’ll also receive a complimentary family collection to be used before you graduate.
What senior sessions do you offer?
We offer a yearbook only for $40 due when you schedule your session. One outfit which includes a yearbook and a few other image choice in the same outfit. You can choose to add a second outfit for $75. Your minimum order is package A ($295). Studio Only or Location Only which includes up to 3 outfit choices (additional outfits $75 each) and has a minimum order of package C ($495). This session lasts about 60 minutes. For Location Only sessions, if you need a yearbook in studio, that can be arranged. In & Out includes up to 6 outfits (additional outfits $75 each) and has a minimum order of package D ($795). Please allow up to three hours to complete this session. In order to schedule you properly, please tell us all your ideas for locations during your session.
What are CREDITS?
Think of credits like those tickets at the fair you collect and trade in for the items you want. Bigger more valuable items have a higher ticket cost. Each of our packages comes with some number of credits and a cost for additional credits. Each of our prints and products has a credit value. At your ordering session, we will add up the total credit value of all the prints and products you’ve ordered and match that to a package. You can be between packages as well and just pay for your additional credits. This allows everyone to create the package that fits their needs and wants.
For packages D-H, do I get to choose to use the credits or get the high resolution files?
Yes, that’s exactly correct. Starting with package D, you are given the option to choose to use either all the credits or receive some number of high resolution digital files. You can choose to add on additional prints, products or digital files. You may not mix digital files and credits when completing your initial package.
I’m so excited, when will I see my photos?
Your photos will be ready to view 7 to 10 days after your photography session. Please call the studio to schedule your session when you are ready to place your order. Please bring all decision making parties to this session. We appreciate payment in full. We request a 50% deposit to begin processing your order and the balance prior to picking up any portion of your order.
I can’t pay for 50% of my order at my Ordering Session, what are my options?
We understand and it’s not a problem. We recommend putting down something at your Ordering Session and then paying via check sent to the studio: 1538 I Street Bedford IN 47421, make checks payable to: Hudson’s Photography or over the phone with a credit card. We will process your order when we reach half down and payment in full is due when you pick up your order.
Will I be able to re-order if I find I need or want something else?
Yes, we will have anything you’ve ordered on file for you to reorder with for at least one year. Having an image number or description makes it easier for you to reorder. You will reorder off of the “with package” package pricing.
