No, we do not have any session fees for our high school senior sessions. We do have a minimum order for each of our high school senior sessions: One Outfit: package a ($350). Studio or Location Only: package B ($550). In & Out: package C ($850). Yearbook Only: $40 is due to schedule your yearbook session. A 50% deposit ($2425) is due when you schedule your all-inclusive Ultimate Senior Fashion Experience with the balance due prior to picking up your order.
Yes, we require a $200 deposit to schedule your photography session. The deposit will be credited back toward your order total at your in-studio viewing and ordering session.
We spend a lot of time with each of our seniors to ensure we capture the type of images you’re going to love and want to display. We have only a limited number of sessions available so each session slot is important.
Think of credits like those tickets at the fair you collect and trade in for the items you want. Bigger more valuable items have a higher ticket cost. Each of our packages comes with some number of credits and a cost for additional credits. Each of our prints and products has a credit value.
At your ordering session, we will add up the total credit value of all the prints and products you’ve ordered and match that to a package. You can be between packages as well and just pay for your additional credits. This allows everyone to create the package that fits their needs and wants.
Starting with package C, you are given the option to choose to use either the credits on prints and products you want or receive the high-resolution digital files allotted in said package. You can choose to add on additional prints, products or digital files. You MAY NOT mix digital files and credits when completing your initial package.
Your photos will be ready to view and order 7 to 10 days after your photography session. Please call the studio (812.279.0268) to schedule your session when you are READY to place your order. Please bring all decision making parties to this session as you will be placing your order at the session.
We appreciate payment in full. We require a 50% deposit of the remaining balance to begin processing your order and the balance prior to picking up any portion of your order.
We understand and it’s not a problem. We request you make some kind of initial payment at your ordering session and then paying via check sent to the studio: 1538 I Street Bedford IN 47421, make checks payable to: Hudson’s Photography or over the phone with a credit card. We will process your order when we reach half down and payment in full is due when you pick up your order.
We recommend you work backward starting with when you want to send out your announcements. Allow 2-3 weeks for your approved announcements to be printed and ready for pickup at the studio. Once you’ve completed the online graduation announcement form, allow 2-3 weeks for a completed proof. Also, please take into account the time it takes for you to approve your card.
Yes, we post a few on Facebook and Instagram once your order is being processed. Feel free to tag yourself, share, and use for your profile photo. We’re excited about your photos and we know you are too…it’s only fair the world gets to share the excitement.
